Hello!

Readiness Self-Check

(before booking 1:1 session)

This work may be a good fit if you:

  • have completed the Steady Self foundational courses

  • can generally observe your internal experience (thoughts, sensations, impulses) as it arises

  • are interested in noticing patterns in real time, not only understanding them conceptually

  • are willing to slow down and track sensation, impulse, and behavior as part of the process

  • are open to exploring relational and behavioral patterns without needing immediate solutions

This work may not be the right fit at this time if you:

  • are looking for quick fixes, advice, or solution-focused coaching

  • are currently in acute crisis or needing clinical mental health support

  • find it difficult to notice or reflect on internal experience in the moment

  • are primarily seeking emotional processing without integration or change over time

If this doesn’t describe you, this work may not be the right fit at this moment in your process.

Steady Self 1:1 Integration is designed for people who already have some capacity to notice and stay with their internal experience as it unfolds, and who are ready to work with patterns in real time rather than primarily conceptually or emotionally.

If that doesn’t feel fully available yet, that’s completely okay. These capacities are built gradually through foundational somatic awareness and practice.

You can begin there by starting with the Steady Self courses, which offer a supportive entry point into this work.
