Applied work for real-time embodied awareness and behavioral alignment

Steady Self 1:1 Integration

What to Expect

The Steady Self is a progressive system designed to help you understand your internal experience through somatic, relational, and behavioral awareness. You’ll move from foundational education into applied practice, learning to notice patterns in real time and respond with greater clarity, choice, and alignment.

❋ Intentional Structure

This work is organized in stages. You begin with foundational courses on nervous system awareness and body-based patterns, then move into relational dynamics, consent, and self-authority practices. A final layer supports integration through applied real-life practice and embodied awareness.

❋ Collaborative Energy

This is an active process, not passive learning. You are invited to engage with the material through reflection, observation, and lived practice. The emphasis is on noticing your own experience and working with it directly as it unfolds in daily life.

❋ Expert Facilitation

The material is designed and guided from a bodywork-informed, somatic, and relational perspective. It integrates nervous system awareness, behavioral pattern recognition, and experiential learning to support practical understanding—not just conceptual insight.

❋ A Supportive Space

This work is structured to be steady, paced, and grounded. It supports gradual capacity-building in awareness and self-trust, without pressure to rush or perform change. The intention is to create space for honest observation and sustainable integration over time.

Reconnect with your body and mind through 1:1 somatic integration, moving out of overwhelm and into clearer, more grounded awareness in real time.

The Steady Self Path
  • Understanding Somatics is a short educational course on how the body stores and responds to stress. Learn the basics of the nervous system, fascia, and how physiological patterns shape behavior and perception. This course offers foundational knowledge to better understand somatic patterns and body-based work.

  • Steady Self Foundations is an introductory course exploring the underlying patterns that shape behavior, relationships, and self-perception. Through a combination of somatic awareness and practical insight, you’ll learn how integrity, power dynamics, consent, and perception influence your experience—and how to begin recognizing these patterns in real time.

  • The next phase in the Steady Self Path, this module combines traditional energetic mapping systems alongside their felt and physiological correlates in the body. You’ll learn how the chakra system can be understood as a symbolic map of human experience and how these regions relate to sensation, regulation, expression, and relational perception. This course integrates energetic mapping with nervous system and somatic awareness as a tool for understanding how experience is organized in the body and awareness

  • The Self-Authority Practice is an applied somatic and relational training focused on embodied choice, boundaries, and alignment. You’ll learn to notice internal signals in real time, pause automatic survival responses, and choose behaviors aligned with your internal truth, even in relational situations. This practice builds the capacity to respond from awareness rather than conditioning.

  • This brief self-check is designed to help you reflect on your current capacity and readiness for Steady Self 1:1 Integration. It is not an assessment, but a way to ensure this work is aligned with your ability to engage with somatic awareness and real-time pattern recognition.
